LEARN TO PADDLEBOARD
Beginners sessions to introduce you to the sport and get you from the land to the water.
Great for improvers working on technique and confidence onboard, maybe you've bought a board and would like to learn safer river navigation and more efficient paddling.
A gentle paddleboard & yoga session on the boards, help focus the mind & find inner calm. Great for yoga lovers.
SEA LEG SESSION
For returning paddlers to regain their sea legs at the start of the season. Sup safety, paddle technique and confidence building session to prepare you for a summer of sup fun!

GOOD LIFE FLOW
Relax and unwind with an easy to follow routine, focusing on functional mobility and for private sessions we can target specific areas of the body which might need a little more TLC.
Giving you time to focus on your changing body and soothing those pregnancy aches and pains. The moves will be tailored to your stage of pregnancy and adapted to suit your growing bump.
POSTNATAL / BABY & ME YOGA
Gently rebuilding strength in the body as you re-acquaint yourself with your new post birth body. Practice with or without baby, we incorporate baby into the moves and practice some baby yoga moves to give them a treat too.
All Yoga sessions can be held in small groups or private 1to1s in person or via zoom.
