LEARN TO PADDLEBOARD
Beginners sessions to introduce you to the sport and get you from the land to the water.
Great for improvers working on technique and speed, a follow up to "Learn to Sup' to give you that next level of confidence on the board.
GO WITH THE FLOW
A gentle paddleboard & yoga session on the boards, help focus the mind & find inner calm. Great for yoga lovers.
We break up the paddle with sprints & exercises on the boards to create a board based workout great for strengthening & improving balance.
SUP & FORAGE
Gentle paddle down the Thames, with pauses for foraging or river cleanups, collecting plastic from the river.

Hi, I'm Leah, a lover of the great outdoors, yoga instructor & ASI (Academy of Surfing Instructors) paddle board instructor.
Paddleboarding is an amazing way to relax, get fit, explore the river, and even clean the river!
I cater for small groups or individuals, so that you get the most out of your session, each one can be tailored to your abilities & what you want to get out of it.
I am also an RYA certified first aider & hold an ASI Sup Water Safety Rescue award, you are in safe hands!
