PADDLEBOARDING - BEGINNERS
Beginners sessions to introduce you to the sport and get you from the land to the water.
PADDLEBOARDING - INTERMEDIATES
Great for improvers working on technique & confidence onboard, maybe you've bought a board & would like to learn safer river navigation and more efficient paddling.
A gentle paddleboard & yoga session on the boards, help focus the mind & find inner calm. Great for yoga lovers.
PADDLEBOARDING & SUP YOGA COURSE
3 Week course for beginners, teaching you how to paddleboard, each week improving your paddling skills & gradually building up a sup yoga sequence as your balance grows.

GOOD LIFE FLOW
Relax and unwind with an easy to follow routine, focusing on functional mobility and for private sessions we can target specific areas of the body which might need a little more TLC.
Giving you time to focus on your changing body and soothing those pregnancy aches and pains. The moves will be tailored to your stage of pregnancy and adapted to suit your growing bump.
POSTNATAL / BABY & ME YOGA
Gently rebuilding strength in the body as you re-acquaint yourself with your new post birth body. Practice with or without baby, we incorporate baby into the moves and practice some baby yoga moves to give them a treat too.
All Yoga sessions can be held in small groups or private 1to1s in person or via zoom.
