Paddleboarding is for everyone, we will go at your pace during the session. Do let me know if you cant swim or are a weak/ nervous swimmer.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring some water, ideally in a re-usable bottle, no single use plastic please. Dry bags will be provided for your belongings, these are not massive so do pack light.

Lessons are held in Thames Ditton, Surbiton and Teddington. The launch point details will be emailed to you. The stretch of water we paddle on is the Thames between Teddington Lock and Hampton Court Palace.
WHAT ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT?
If you are interested in doing a river cleanup paddle or including this into your session just let me know. Looking after the river we paddle on is all part of the fun.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE THERE?
During the winter we provide a changing room to change into wetsuits. There is ample parking and the train station is a short walk. There are pubs a short distance away should you wish to go for a celebratory 'I didnt fall in!' drink afterwards.
