Service Description
Half day retreat starting with a gentle yoga practice to warm us up, head out for a paddle & finish it off with Sup Yoga, all in beautiful surroundings & suitable for all levels. Instruction & paddleboards provided, BYO yoga mat & snacks! Changing rooms & Parking on site. If you'd like to bring your own board thats great, just let me know.

Cancelation Policy
Please give min. 48 hours notice in the event of cancellation or rescheduling. 50% refund if cancelled more than 24hrs but less than 48hrs. No refund will be given if less than 24hrs or in the event of no show. If you develop any symptoms of coronavirus before your session or on the day do inform me as soon as possible, please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to anyone with coronavirus.
